CCAPP Accreditation

Pharmacy Technician Education Programs have achieved an important milestone toward the development of a self-regulating profession!

The Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP) evaluates the quality of pharmacy technician programs in Canada and provides continued improvement of such programs. Below is the list of approved programs.

Please note that only graduates from programs with a provisional status award are considered to have met the educational requirement for registration with the College. These individuals are referred to as “CCAPP graduates” in the description of the Registration Process and are not required to complete the Bridging Education Program which is required for pharmacy technicians who are referred to as “In the Profession”.
